Guided reviews and your browser tab
The client review and career inquiry save the answers you choose, your contact details, time zone and permission in Will’s private workspace. A temporary copy in your browser tab keeps answers while you use Back, Skip or reload. After saving, contact details may prefill your Zoom booking form. You can clear the saved details on the booking page.
What this site collects
If you submit the career introduction form, it saves your name, email, time zone, background, optional profile link and the exact contact permission you checked. These details go to Will’s private recruiting records. Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or medical information through this site.
Booking
The calendars embedded on this site are provided by Zoom Scheduler. Zoom handles the booking information, calendar invitation and cancellation or rescheduling links under its own privacy practices. The page you choose prefills the meeting-type question. Your appointment is confirmed through Zoom, not by submitting a career introduction.
Website measurement
This site records anonymous page-view and booking-opening counts, grouped by broad traffic source, campaign and client or candidate path. It does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. It does not store your full browsing URL, IP address, name or email in those marketing counts. These counts are not a count of confirmed appointments.
Website hosting and security systems may keep ordinary server logs needed to operate and protect the site. Signing into the private owner area uses an essential session cookie. The booking service may use its own cookies and security checks.
Permission and follow-up
The introduction form asks for explicit permission to contact you about the financial professional opportunity and scheduling. You can ask to stop at any time. Submitting a form does not guarantee a role, an interview outcome or a particular financial result.
Services used
The website uses Render for hosting and Supabase for private records. Zoom handles scheduling. Links to LinkedIn open its own service. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Review or remove information
Email Will to request access to or correction or removal of the information you submitted. If you booked a meeting, use the invitation’s management link to change the appointment as well.
